Employee was putting things away on his mechanic's truck; he placed an oil cooler on the truck; as he turned to walk away, the cooler fell off the truck and caught him on his lower back.
EMPLOYEE WAS DUMPING LOAD - ONE SET OF DUAL WHEELS WAS APPARENTLY ON SOFT GROUND AND TRUCK ROLLED OVER. EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING SEAT BELT BUT HEAD/FACE MUST HAVE STRUCK SOMETHING IN CAB OF TRUCK.
