INJURIED LEFT FOOT SOFT TISSUE DAMAGE TO TENDONS WELDING HAMMERS STINKER GOT CAUGHT UP PULLED TO RELEASE. CAUSED HAMMER TO FALL OFF TABLE AND FELL ON FOOT.
