Employee was standing on a gob pile and turned to go another direction. His right foot got caught between two rocks causing him to lose his balance. His foot stayed in place as he fell breaking his ankle.
Employee states he opened the door on the truck and stepped out, feeling a sharp stabbing pain in his lower back. EE obtained medical treatment and placed on modified duty 3/14/14. The EE has not lost time due to this injury.
