EMPLOYEE WAS SERVICING A HAULAGE TRUCK (CLINE). AFTER FILLING IT WITH OIL, HE WAS STEPPING OFF THE MACHINE AND ONTO A STEP WHILE MAINTAINING A THREE POINT HOLD. HIS LEFT LEG WAS ONT EH FENDE R, AS HE BROUGHT HIS RIGHT LEG DOWN TO THE STEP, HE FELT SOMETHING SNAP IN HIS LEFT, BENT, KNEE. HIS LEFT FOOT WAS 21" ABOVE THE TOP OF THE STEP.
