EE RAN OVER A ROCK WITH A DOZER AND WHEN THE DOZER CAME BACK DOWN ON THE ROADWAY, IT HIT SOLID ON THE HARD SURFACE OF THE ROAD. THIS CAUSED SHARP PAINS IN HIS LOWER BACK, THE LEFT SIDE OF HIS HIP AND HIS LEFT LEG.

THE INJURED WAS AROUND 1000' FROM SHOT AREA SERVICING 992 LAODER. WAS TOLD WE WERE GOING TO SHOOT SO HE GOT UNDER LOADER. WHEN SHOT WENT OFF A ROCK HIT BEHIND LOADER BROKE UP AND A SMALL PIE CE WENT UNDER LOADER AND HIT HIM IN BACK OF HIS RIGHT LEG. NOTHING WAS BROKEN BUT IT DID BRUISE HIS CALF.

EMPLOYEE THEN INFORMED EMPLOYEE THAT IF THAT WAS ALL THE WORK WE COULD OFFER HIM THAT HE THEN WOULD GO HOME AND TO A DOCTOR TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HIS ELBOW. THE ELBOW HE SAID WAS INJURED

EMPLOYEE LEFT AT 2:0
