EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING THE RIGHT SUSPENSION CYL FROM A ROCK TRUCK. HE HAD ATTEMPTED TO KNOCK THE INSIDE ROD LOOSE & HAD DETERMINED THAT IT WAS NOT GOING TO COME OUT. HE HAD ATTACHED A PAIR OF C OME-A-LONGS TO THE CYL & DECIDED THEY WERE NOT HOOKED CORRECTLY. HE WAS REHOOKING THEM IN ORDER TO PICK UP THE CYL TO REMOVE IT WHEN THE INSIDE ROD TURNED LOOSE, FELL HIT TOE OF BOOT, ONLY TH
