EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING END DUMP REFUSE TRUCK, LAODER OPERATOR DROPPED LARGE ROCK FROM THE BUCKET CAUSIGN THE EMPLOYEE TO BE THROWN UP IN THE AIR IN THE CAB OF HTE TRUCK. THE EMPLOYEE NOTICED A SHARP PAIN IN BACK.
