Thurman Transportation Inc. · Fall from machine

Had the employee used the tools that were provided and on hand the employee could have washed the machine from the ground. This would have stopped the need for climbing up on the machine needing fall protection, 3 points of contact and most of all stopped the employee from falling and injuring self.
