I NAME AND II NAME WERE REPLACING AN O-RING IN BRAKES ON A 992-C LOADER. I NAME HAD CLIMBED INTOCAGE OF LOADER TO POUNDBRAKES-THUS RELIEVING PRESSURE IN LINES WHEN WHEN A FEDERAL MINE INSPECTO R APPEARS ON PROPERTY. HE THEN CLIMBS FROM LOADER TO GET HARD HAT. HE TOLD IINAME TO GO AHEAD AND TAKE LINE APART. PRESSURE WAS STILL IN LINES AND STRUCK II NAME IN FACE.
