HE WAS CLIMBING UP INTO THE EXCAVATOR WHEN HE FELT A PAIN IN HIS RIGHT LOWER BACK AND DROPPED BACK DOWN TO THE GROUND. HE SHUT OFF THE EXCAVATOR AND QUIT WORK FOR THE DAY. HIS BACK CONTINUED T O BOTHER HIM AND HE WENT TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM FOR TREATMENT THE FOLLOWING EVENING.
