OPERATOR WAS REPRIMANDED ON THE JOB AND SENT HOME FOR REST OF WEEK. 1-8-90 EMPLOYEE RETURNED TO WORK CLAIMING HE HAD HURT HIS BACK ON OR ABOUT 12-12-89 AND GONE TO DR CLAIMING W.C. WORKED A F ULL WEEK 1-8 THRU1-12-90. WIDE CALLED SAYING DR. HAD PUT EMPLOYEE IN HOPITAL AND WAS SCHUELED FOR SURGURY.
