EMPLOYEES WAS FINISHING MAINTENANCE WORK TO THE JAW CRUSHER AND PICKING UP TOOLS. ONE EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING ON CRUSHER PLATFORM AND THE OTHER EMPLOYEE APPROX. 30 FT. BELOW ON THE GROUND. EMPLO YEE ON THE CRUSHER PLATFORM DROPPED A SLEDGE HAMMER TO THE GROUND WITHOUT LOOKING AND IT LANDED ON ANOTHER EMPLOYEE'S RIGHT FOOT WHO WAS STANDING BELOW HIM.
