CHANGING JACK ON ROCK PLANT. IT CAME OUT OF SLOT, FELL AND HIT IN FACE.
EMPLOYEE HAD BEEN WORKING IN OIL SUBSTANCES WENT TO HEATER TO WARM UP IN FLAMMED UP HIS CLOTHES.HE WAS BURNED ON THE CHEEKS OF BOTTOM,THE BACK TOP OF HIS CALVES AND INSIDE STRADLE TOP OF HIS C ALVES.
STRAINEWD RIGHT THUMB OPENING DOOR-AT TIME IT DIDN'T BOTHER HIM-BUT NOW SURGERY IS INDICATED.
