ON EXAMINATION IT WAS FOUND THAT THE PUMP WAS NOT DISCHARGING WATER AND HOUSING WAS WARM TO THE TOUCH DALE WAS OPENING A VALVE TO PRIME THE PUMP WHEN THE HOT WATER IN IT WAS FORCED OUT BY THE LEAD PRESSURE IN THE HOSE THE WATER CAUGHT DALE CAUSING 1ST DEGREE BURNS TO HAND FACE NECK AND LEG 1ST AND 2ND DEGREE BURNS TO RT ARM
