Employee had shut Overland #3 off to unplug it. After clearing the conveyor, he unlocked the conveyor and turned it on. Walking between conveyors 2 & 3 his digging bar snagged on conveyor 3 causing the bar to smash his finger against the frame of the conveyor.

Employee was placing a crossmember into pit feeder. Crossmember fell and injured left index finger, requiring 3 stitches.

Worker was observing cable used to pull conveyor belt on new conveyor system and became entangled between cable and belt pulley. Fingers amputated on left hand serious injuries to right hand, broken collar bone and broken rib, dislocated knee.
