THE EE WAS ASSISTING IN SERVICE WORK ON THE MAIN WATER PUMP. SERVICE HAD BEEN COMPLETED AND THE DOCK WAS BEING REPOSITIONED WHEN IT BECAME UNSTABLE DUE TO THE SUCTION HOSE LODGING AGAINST THE BANK. THIS CAUSED THE DOCK TO INVERT 180 DEGREES. DURING THIS PROCESS THE EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO EXIT THE DOCK VIA THE WALKWAY. THE INVERSION HAPPEN SO QUICKLY THAT THE WALKWAY COULD NOT BE CLEA
