EMPLOYEE STATED HE WAS USING 1 1/2" IMPACT WRENCH TO TIGHTEN NUT ON CYLINDER ARM. HE REACHED TO PLACE SOCKET ON NUT WHEN HIS RIGHT LEG BUMPED TRIGGER ON WRENCH, WHICH SPUN SOCKET, HIS LEFT HAN D (PALM) WAS LACERATED BY A WELDING ROD, WHICH WAS USED AS A RETAINING PIN FOR THE SOCKET. LACERATED PALM-LEFT HAND, BELOW THUMB.
