MAN STATED THAT HIS LEFT HAND WAS CUT BY SOME UNKNOWN OBJECT WHEN THE MANTRIP HE WAS RIDING IN WAS SHOVED THRU THE MW AIRDOORS. DOORS DIDN'T OPEN, TRIP DIDN'T REVERSE LIGHTS AND IT WAS JUST AR OUND A TURN. MOTORS BRINGING EMPTY SUPPLY CARS TO BOTTOM HIT MANTRIP. MAN DIDN'T SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY.
MAN STATED HE WAS WALKING IN THE TRACK ENTRY OF UNIT #3, WHEN HE STRUCK THE SIDE OF HIS LEFT FOOT ON A ROCK. HIS LEFT LITTLE TOE WAS SLIGHTLY CUT (THROUGH HIS BOOT) - THE CUT BECAME INFECTED.
MAN STATED THAT WHILE WALKING DOWN AN INCLINE INBY THE 2ND ME DRIVE, HE HURT HIS L. KNEE AGAIN. MAN STATED THAT SINCE HIS BACK SURGERY, HIS L.LEG IS NUMB FROM JUST ABOVE THE KNEE DOWN AND HE D OESN'T WALK "JUST RIGHT" AND MUST HAVE STEPPED WRONG.
MAN STATED THAT HE WAS DRIVING A PIN OUT OF THE MINER'S RIPPER CHAIN WITH A SLEDGE HAMMER AND A METAL SLIVER HIT HIM IN THE FOREHEAD. ONE STITCH.
MAN STATED THAT HE FELT A BURNING & TEARING IN HIS RIGHT THIGH WHEN HE STOOD UP FROM KNEELING ON HIS LEFT KNEE.
