EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO TIGHTEN A NUT IN THE YOKE OF A PICKUP TRUCK. THE TRUCK MOVED FORWARD WHILE HE WAS UNDER THE TRUCK CAUSING INJURY TO HIS NECK AND BACK.
