EMPLOYEE, A QUARRY TRUCK DRIVER, HAD BACKED UP THE MACK TRACTOR TO THE PRIMARY CRUSHER TO DUMP A LOAD OF CORAL INTO HOPPER. EMPLOYEE, WHILE SITTING IN THE CAB OF THE TRUCK, TURNED BACK TO CHEC K WITH THE CRUSHER OPERATOR AND TO CHECK THAT EVERYTHING WAS CLEAR WHEN HE FELT A SUDDEN SHARP PAIN IN THE LEFT SIDE OF HIS CHECT, SHOULDER AND NECK AREAS.
