EE was re-assembling the base on the sunstrike breaker. EE removed left hand from the bolts and caught right hand on the corner, causing a 2-3" laceration that required stitches.

The 769C haul truck was backing up to the 3450 excavator to be loaded. As the truck was backing up, it struck the raised bucket of the excavator, which jarred the operator, causing neck pain to the operator.
