EMPLOYEE WAS MAKING ROUTINE WALK AROUND OBSERVATION OF WASH PLANT AREA WHILE PLANT WAS RUNNING, WHEN A SHOE CAME LOOSE ON THE INSIDE OF A SPOKANE CRUSHER. EMPLOYEE WAS SHUTTING CRUSHER DOWN WH EN HE KNOCKED OFF FROM CRUSHER FROM THE BOUNCINGOF PLANT.

HE WENT TO DR WHO REMOVED A FOREIGN OBJECT FROM HIS L EFT EYE. HE WAS EXAMINED BY DR NEXT DAY AND TOLDNOT TO RETURN TO DR UNLESS HE HAD PROBLEMS WHERE THE OBJECT CAME FROM OR HOW IT ENTERED THE EYE IS UNKNOWN.
