THE ELECTRIC CABLE FOR THE HANDSET THAT OPERATES THE HYDRAULICS BECAME TANGLED IN THE CARRIAGE.THE HYDRAULIC OPERATOR WAS TRYING TO UNTANGLE THE CABLE,AND WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE GUARD ON THE C ARRIAGE AND THE STATIONARY GUARD ON THE AUGER,WHEN THE CARRIAGE WAS BACKING UP.THE HYDRAULIC OPERATOR SUSTAINED A DISLOCATED SHOULDER AND ONE BROKEN RIB.
