No miners or employees on site or involved. Occurred after operating hours. At approx. 7:00pm, a trespasser on an ATV four wheel attempted to drive up a loose sand overburden pile. The AT rolled onto rider. Local EMS, Spout Springs Emergency Services, responded No Caroline Highway Patrol investigated incident. limited information available to mine operator.

EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING N A KNEELING POSITION ON A 24" WIDE ALUMINUM PLATFORM LOCATED 36" ABOVE THE GROUND, WHEN HE WAS ASKED TO REPORT TO HIS SUEPRVISOR. WHEN HE STEPPED DOWN, HE TRIPPED OVER T HE PNEUMATIC HOSE BEING USED WITH A NEEDLE GUN. EMPLOYEE FELL TO THE GROUND BREAKING HIS RIGHT WRIST.
