The operator of a 40-ton off-road truck had a seizure, causing them to run the 40-ton into a pile of Slab Fill. The EMS was called and they took them to the hospital. Employee was released later that night and came back to work on 10/14/2020. Employee is on restricted light duty, no operating any machines until given a doctor's approval.

IE and EE where taking belly pan off of a 40G Volvo off-road Truck, preparing to do oil change/service. Both EE's where under the truck, EE was holding belly pan up as IE undid last bolt, safety chain was installed but the weight of the pan fell on IE's head causing IE's neck to bend sharply. EE came an found another EE and notified that EE of the accident.
