Rock Producers Inc · Struck by falling object

When employee was cleaning the plugged chute a rock fell on his foot above the steel toe and bruised it. Doctor said to stay off it for a day and could return to work on Friday, 8/17/2012. There was no production at the plant so employee did not return until Monday, 8/20/2012.
