ACCIDENT VICTIM WAS OPERATINGA LOADER RAMPING UP COAL WHEN A HYDRAULIC FITTING FAILED CAUSIGN 10 WEIGHT OIL TO SPRAY UP TOWARDS THE MOTOR. THE OIL APPARENTLY CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE XHAUST M ANIFOLD OR TURBO AND IGNITED. THE ACCIDENT VICTIM SENSING THE FIR EJUMPED FROM THE LAODER AND IN THE PROCESS BURNED HIS HAND.
