REPAIRS BEING MADE ON DREDGE PUMP WHILE PUMP FACE PLANT WAS SUSPENDED BY CHAIN HOIST INJURED PUT BOTH HANDS ON PLATE TO MANIPULATE IT INOT POSITION. PLATE OR CHAIN SLIPPED PINCHING INJURED FIN GER. RESULTED IN PARTIAL AMPUTATION OF DISTAL PHANGE 5TH FINGER LEFT HAND.
