Hughes Stone, Inc. · Struck by falling object

While checking and cleaning around boreholes, some small debris was noted falling from a 30-40 t. In the front of the hardhat with a clod of dirt. The debris forced the hardhat down over the forehead resulting in about a four inch laceration on the forehead and slight skull fracture.
