I NAME DIED OF 5 HEART ATTACK. THE ATTACK TOOK PLACE AT 720 AM ON THE MINE SITE. HE WAS TRANSPORTED TO ST. JOSPHS HOPSITAL BY THE BUCKHAMNNON EMERGENCY SQUAD. THE EFFORTS OF THE SQUAD MEMEBERS AND THE DR AND3HIS AIDS WERE FUITLE. HE WAS PROUNCED DEAD AT 8 48 AM.
