EMPLOYEE WAS RELEASING TENSION ON A CHAIN BOOMERHOLDING A LOAD IN PLACE. WHEN THE TENSION RELEASED, THE HANDLE OF THE BOOMER PINCHED THE EMPLOYEE'S HAND BETWEEN THE HANDLE AND THE LOAD(CULVERT PIPE).
