ON MARCH 26, 1996 EMPLOYEE WE NT BACK TO DR. AND DISCOVERED A SMALL PIECE OF METAL IN HIS KNEE AND SCHEDULED HIM FOR SURGERY TO REMOVE IT LATER IN THE DAY.
