(MUSCLE SPASMS WERE FIRST DIAGNOSED, BUT FURTHER TESTING IS BEING DONE TO DETERMINE IF THERE WAS ANY DAMAGE DONE TO THE PREVIOUS BACK SURGERY HE HAD DONE IN THE FALL OF 1991.

HE WENT DOWN ON THE GROUND WITH HIS LEGS TWISTING UNDER HIM. HE THEN CRAWLED TO THE TRUCK & ALERTED THE CUSTOMER. THE SQUAD WAS CALLED & TRANSPORTED HIM TO THE HOSPITAL.
