PER CALL TO KIM- OPERATOR WAS ON WAY DOWN TO BOTTOM OF PIT, HIS TRUCK WAS FOUND AT THE BOTTOM OF PIT, NOT SURE WHAT CAUSED ACCIDENT.

THE VICTIM WAS BUILDING A BERM AROUND THE OUTER EDGE OF THE PIT. HE WAS OPERATING A 1977 HOUGH MODEL H-80 FRONT-END LOADER WITH A FOUR YARD BUCKET. HE DROVE THE LOADER OVER THE EDGE AND ROLLED DOWN A 30 FT BANK. HE WAS NOT WEARING HIS SEAT BELT.
