THE EE WAS ASSIGNED TO OPERATE A FORKLIFT TO LOAD TOTE BINS WITH PRODUCE LIME. THE FORKLIFT WAS FOUND PARKED WITH THE IGNITION TURNED OFF. THE EE WAS LAST SEEN APPROX. 445-500 PM AND IT WAS AS SUMED HE WENT ON BREAK. A SEARCH FOR THE EE STARTED APPROX. 530-545 PM AND WHEN HE COULD NOT BE LOCATED ON SITE, AT HOME, OR AT SURROUNDING BUSINESS THE POLICE AND COAF GUARD WERE CALLED.
