LOADED COAL TRUCK WAS LEAVING PIT. FOR SOME REASON STEEP HAULWAY ROAD TRUCK ROLLED BACK. APPARENTLY DRIVER TRIED TO JUMP OUT. HE WAS CAUGHT BY TRUCK AND KILLED.
