AFTER ATTEMPTIN1 TO START A STACKING CONVEYOR AND REPLACING TWO BLOWN FUSES BLOW IN SUCESSION I NAME AND II NAME SHOVELED OUT THE FEED BOX TO RELIEVE THE BELT. II NAME REATTEMPTED TO START THE BELT 3 TIMES. O3 FILING, HE RETURNED TO FIND HIM UNCONSCIOUS NEAR THE BASE TAILPULLEY OF THE BELT HE IS BELIEVE TO HAVE BEEN ELECTROCHTED DUE TO A BLOWN TO GROUND MOTOR.
