WHILE MINING IN THE FIRST LEFT SECTION CROSS CUT 3 TO 4 EMPLOYEE FINISHED THE CUT AND POSITIONED HIMSELF INBY LAST ROW OF BOLTS WHEN LARGE SLAB OF ROOF FELL STRIKING EMPLOYEE CAUSING FATAL INJ URIES.
