VICTIM WAS ELECTROCUTED IN AN AREA WHERE HE WAS NOT AUTHORIZED TO BE AFTER HAVING ENTERED THRU A WINDOW DOOR PADLOCKED. VICTIM WAS APPARNETLY ATTEMPTING TO RECOVER AN UNUSED PIECE OF HIGH VO LTAGE CABLE & AFTER CLIMBING TO THE CEILING OF THE BUILDING, FELL & CONTACTED ENERGIZED 4160V BUZZ BAR.
