EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING BULLDOZER ON SLIGHT INCLINE HE STOPPED MACHINE FAILED TO SET BRAKE & LOWER BLADE TO GROUND HE PUT MACHINE IN NEUTRAL & STEPPED ONTO TRACK (APPARENTLY TO RESET SENTRY SWI TCH OR TO CHECK OIL) BULLDOZER ROLLED BACK PULLING EMPLOYEE BENEATH TRACK & CRUSHING HIM
