IT HAD RAINED EARLY IN MORNING & VICTIM WAS WET VICTIM WORKED AT CLEANUP AROUND PLANT & THEN WAS STANDING BESIDE PLANTS LIME MILL WATCHING LOADER PUT SPILLED AGRICULTURAL LIME IN TRUCK HE REA HED UP & GRABBED RUNG OF LADDER GOING UP LIME MILL & COULD NOT LET GO FELLOW EMPLOYEE PULLED HIM LOOSE VICTIM GOT UP FROM GROUND & SAID HE WAS ALRIGHT BUT FELL BACK DOWN HE DIED LATER IN HOS
