NO 1 & 2 STONE DRYERS WERE OPERATING ON #6 FUEL OIL AND #3 DRYER WAS OPERATING ON NATURAL GAS DURING THE 12 MIDNIGHT TO 8:00 AM SHIFT ON 6/24L83. RAW MATERIAL DEPT INCLUDING THE DRYERS WAS SCH INSURE THAT THE OIL IN THE FUEL LINES FROM THE STORAGE TANK TO THE DRYER BURNERS ARE PURGED OF OIL WHICH OTHERWISE WOULD PLUT THE FUEL LINES. THE FOREMAN PERSONALLY NOTIFIED THE INJURED TO BE
