EMPLOYEE WAS ASSIGNED TO THE 9159 PRODUCTION TRUCK WHICH WAS LOADED WITH ROCK HE WAS TO DUMP THIS LOAD ON THE ROCK STOCKPILE BEFORE THE DOZER OPERTOR AND LIGHT PLANT ARRIVED INJURED PROCEEDED TO DUMP THE LOAD THE RIGHT REAR WHEEL WENT OVER THE EDGE OF THE STOCKPILE AND THE TRUCK ROLLED OVER REAR WHEEL WENT OVER THE EDGE OF THE STOCKPILE AND THE TRUCK ROLLED OVER 360DEG INJURED WAS
