VICTIMS ARM WAS CAUGHT IN THE TAIL PULLEY OF A STONE CONVEYOR CAUSING CONVEYOR TO STOP AND THE FEED BIN TO BACK UP WITH MATERIAL AND OVER FLOW COVERING THE VICTIMS BODY UPPER PART NOT KNOWN HOW VICTIMS ARM GOT CAUGHT THERE WERE NO WITNESSES
