INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT EMPLOYEE WAS TO BACKSHEAR(TOWARD TAIL GATE) OFF OF FLIGHTS THAT HAD COME OUT OF PAN RACE HE FINISHEDCUTTING OUT & CUT SOME BOTTOM HE TRAMMED THE SHEAR BACK BRITTNE Y CHAIN STARTED STACKING UP SO THEY TRAMMED TOWARD HEAD GATE PAN LINE STARTED UP AT THIS TIME CAUSING FLIGHTS THAT HAD COME OUT OF PAN RACE TO BREAK EMP WAS STRUCK IN HEAD WITH FLYING OBSTACLE
