VICTIM WAS CLEANING UP A PLACE WITH THE MINER, WHEN A LARGE PIECE OF SLATE CAME DOWN HIT THE CONINUOUS MINER AND SLIDING INTO THE VICTIM IN WHICH FATALLY KILLED HIM. THE ROOF THAT FELL WAS APP ROX 22\ LONG, 16\ WIDE & 3 TO 15" THICK
