EMPTY RAIL CAR BEING GRAVITY DROPPED DOWN SLIGHT GRADE COLLIDED WITH A PARKED RAIL CAR ON THE SAME TRACK. VICTIM WAS THROWN OFF THE EMPTY RAIL CAR CAR HE WAS RIDING INTO THE END OF THE PARKED RAIL CAR. HE THEN FELL ONTO THE TRACK AND THE RAIL CAR HE HAD BEEN RIDING ROLLED ONTO HIM.
