EMPLOYEE PERFORMING ROUTINE MAINT ELECTRICAL WORK ON A CEILING LIGHT. HE WAS WORKING FROM A BASKET ATTACHED TO THE FORK OF FORKLIFT THE PARK BRAKE WAS SET AND THE MACHINE WAS NOT RUNNING MACHI NE ON VERY SLIGHT GHRADE WITH NO OPERATOR PRESENT WHEELS NOT BLOCKED AND FORKLIFT DRIFTED A SHORT DISTANCE THROUGH A DOORWAY WITH THE RAISED MAST STAYING INSIDE THE BUILDING EMPLOYEE APPARENT
