WHILE VICTIM WAS HANDLING THE ELECTRICAL CABLE ON THE CONTINUOUS MINER HE WAS STANDING NEXT TO THE RIGHT RIB THE CONVEYOR BOOM SWUNG TO THE RIGHT STRIKING THE VICTIM ON THE NECK AND HEAD AREA
