IN THE 206 AREA3OF PIT 001-0, AN ACCIDENT OCCURRED RESULTING IN THE DEATH OF AN EMPLOYEE. THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED ON A SCHEDULED PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE DAY ON THE PAGE 752 LR DRAGLINE. AFTER COM PLETING THE WOR5 ACTIVITY OF INSTALLING A NEW PUMP ROPE AND THEN PREPARING TO TURN THE DRAG SOCKET AND TRI-PLATE ASSEMBLY OVER TO WELD ON A PIN KEEPER, THE DUMP ROPE SLIPPED OFF OF THE BUCKET
